A mountain bridal session near Salt Lake City
Cassidy and Hudson’s bridal session felt like a slow exhale before the big day. We met up in the mountains just outside Salt Lake City — the kind of quiet pocket of Utah where the wind moves through the grass and the light spills down between the peaks right around golden hour.
There’s something so special about doing bridals before the wedding. The dress hasn’t had its big moment yet, the nerves haven’t kicked in, and you get to just be with each other — laughing, walking, sneaking quiet glances. Cassidy looked completely herself in her gown, and the way Hudson watched her every time she turned her back to me said everything.
We wandered, we lingered, we let the mountains do their thing in the background. These are some of my favorites from the evening.
